The P2000 Spraying Workstation is an intelligent solution entirely developed in-house by Xinke Intelligence, encompassing the mechanical structure, the controller, and the software algorithms. It is widely applicable for Fiberglass Bathtub Spraying and Ceramic Glazing Spraying processes.

The P2000 is the largest parallel-series hybrid structure robot in China, making it a domestic pioneer. The system is built upon a Real-Time Linux Operating System and utilizes the EtherCAT Industrial Bus for communication. Through our proprietary high-performance motion control algorithms, advanced dynamics models, and bus-based torque control, it achieves Suspension Drag-and-Teach (Floating Gravity Compensation).

Due to its unique structure, it is also recognized as the lightest and most gentle Drag-and-Teach robot in China. The ultra-light suspension control enables intuitive teaching through demonstration (Teach-by-Demonstration), with the recorded path then precisely reproduced by the motion controller. The entire structure and control system represent a fully independent innovation.

After three years of refinement, the product has captured over 70% of the market share in the Ceramic Sanitary Ware industry and has earned widespread market praise.
